General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Contracting Party

GoPage (Mantvydas Lenkas, Brastos St. 3-31, LT-47184 Kaunas, Lithuania) – team@gopage.ch.

2. Services

Creation and operation of a one-pager: Design (including 2 rounds of revisions), Swiss hosting, .ch domain, SSL, 2 hours of content updates per month, and support.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

• 12-Month Subscription: The contract renews automatically every 12 months.
• Cancellation: In writing via email no later than 30 days before the expiration date.
• No Refunds: In the event of early cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid year; fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Prices & Payment

The annual fee is payable in advance (including VAT, e.g., via TWINT or credit card).

5. Customer Obligations

The customer must provide texts, images, and logos in a timely manner. The 72-hour turnaround time begins once all materials have been received.

6. Rights & Liability

• Rights: The customer is responsible for the content provided. GoPage retains the copyright to the design (right of use limited to the subscription period).
• Liability: Liability applies only in cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence. No liability for server outages caused by third parties.
